Information You Provide to Us

When you register or interact with our App, you may provide:

Information from Meta (Facebook)

Upon integrating your Meta ad account through the Meta Marketing API, we collect:

• Business Manager and Ad Account IDs and names
• Campaign, ad set, and ad-level performance data (e.g., results, spend, impressions, reach, clicks)
• Budget and spend details
• Permissions enabling us to manage your ad campaigns (e.g., toggle status and edit budgets on campaign and ad set levels)
• Collect and store your access token in a secured database

Information from GoHighLevel (CRM)

Through CRM integration, we collect:

• Contact and lead information
• Sales funnel stages and activity updates
• Attribution data, including conversion events and UTM parameters

Automatically Collected Data

We also collect technical and usage information, such as:

• IP addresses and device identifiers

Your data is securely stored using Heroku, a Salesforce company, along with Stackhero, a third-party managed database provider integrated through Heroku. While we take every reasonable step to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Meta Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete data accessed via the Meta API by:
